PT Mahadana Dasha Utama (MahaDasha) was established in 2010 as a subsidiary of the TMT Group to focus on managing the TMT Group's diversified business portfolio. With an organization comprised of experienced professionals, MahaDasha endeavours to optimize the earnings of its subsidiaries and balance the TMT Group's business portfolio.
MahaDasha provides value-added services that support and strengthen each subsidiary's profitable and sustainable growth along with increasing shareholder value and create new opportunities for expansion and growth.

MahaDasha is currently oversees subsidiaries in businesses encompassing integrated transport solutions for selected industries (heavy-duty trucks dealership), comprehensive tire solutions, integrated information technology solutions, and property. As the business grows, MahaDasha also continues to develop more opportunities to contribute significantly to the TMT Group in the future by entering into the consumer retail and hospitality businesses.
Currently, MahaDasha manages a number of subsidiaries, namely:
- PT Chitra Paratama (Chitra), a total tire solutions provider for well known brand tires such as Michelin, and Trelleborg;
- PT Chakra Jawara (CJ), a dealership company for IVECO heavy-duty trucks;
- PT Mitra Solusi Telematika (MST), an integrated technology company;
- PT Triyasa Propertindo (Triyasa), a premier property developer and building management company;
- PT Generasi Mutiara Bangsa (GMB), a food & beverage retail company that holds exclusive rights for franchise brand, Carl's Jr., in Indonesia;
- PT Wiryamanta Sadina (WS), a food & beverage (F&B) retail company that holds exclusive rights for franchise brand, Wingstop, in Indonesia;
- PT Roda Nusantara GTJ, a tire distributor company for Goodyear (earthmover series) tires in Indonesia.
